By purchasing from our online shop you agree to the following terms of sale.


All orders will need to be submitted through our online shop, and care must be taken to ensure that you are choosing the correct colour/product and also the correct means of fitting or delivery. Once you have selected any optional finishing details such as your ribbon trims or hanging signs, your order will be finished off according to your specification, therefore your order may not be able to be changed once we've received a completed order confirmation though our online portal.


Before you complete your purchase in your shopping cart you MUST make contact with us to reserve a fitting slot. If we receive a request for fitting with no details in the notes section of your cart, we reserve the right to send your product as a DIY fitting postage box, depending on fitting availability in your area. You can contact us via phone, email, or on any of our social platforms to enquire as to a suitable fitting slot.


We are based in Cannock, Staffordshire and therefore only cover a limited radius for our fitting service. This covers, but may not be limited to: Hednesford, Cannock, Rugeley, Penkridge, Burntwood, Brownhills, Norton Canes, Great Wryley, Pelsall, Bloxwich, Cheslyn Hay, Featherstone, Essington. If you'd like to check your address for fitting viability, simply get in contact to check before you place your order online.


As we will be attending your property to fit your bow, we have the right to do this in safety. If for any reason we are unable to complete fitting, due to hazards on your property, anti social behaviour, you are not in, you're in self isolation, or any other scenarios that would force us to not be able to complete our fitting we reserve the right to leave your door bow in a safe place by your property at our choosing. Once we've left the property we will inform you of where your product has been left. 
***If you have confirmed a fitting slot and you have not made sure to be in at your property, we reserve the right to re-charge to re-attend your property to fit your bow***


All BaB Door Bows are hand made in our shop in Bridgtown each one to an extremely hight standard, and should be either installed or delivered to you in the same condition, therefore if your bow reaches you in a poor condition you will be entitled to a replacement. Proof of the damaged condition will be required in the form of a photograph of the product. Once this is confirmed, you will either be issued with a refund or replacement. If foul play is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. This does not cover wear and tear resulting from environmental factors that are a risk of having your bow displayed on the outside of your property. Any damage upon delivery, fitting must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of your product.


All our bows are described in great detail and all relevant photography is provided to make an informed choice before your purchase, therefore if we fit or deliver your product and you change your mind, you will be liable for any return postage, or charge to re-attend your property to remove the bow so that it remains in an undamaged condition to be returned to us. Returns should be sent to us using a trackable postage option.
